River of Gold

Several years ago I was flying back to Bali from an assignment in Aceh, and was we reached the southern part of Sumatra I looked down and saw this coming. I managed to get 3 or 4 shots off. This one really caught me, it was like looking back in time to when Sumatra was  called the Island of Gold, when rivers were the main transport from the mines to the coast.
